I would cite these as if I'd gotten the copies myself, but then add a
note describing how you did get them. I'd suggest the Source Type
"Deed (State Level)" - yes, I know they were county, but the format of
that template is appropriate for county deed books such as you have
here.

First, I would open the Source Types list, select the Deed (State
Level) source type, and click Edit. Then in the full footnote template
I'd remove the term:

<. Hereinafter cited as [SHORT TITLE]>.

because you don't need that for something with a simple title, like a
deed book. Then, I'd add the Comments source element to the full
footnote, so you can enter a provenance for your copies. Do that by
entering:

<. [COMMENTS]>.

at the end of the Full Footnote template, where you removed the
"Hereinafter..." term.

Now, when you create a source definition for the deed book copies, use
this Source Type. Then go to the Supplemental tab and enter a note in
Comments something like "Copies of selected paged obtained 1997 by Joe
Blow, professional researcher" or what ever you like. This note will
then show in full footnote in your reports.

I'd do a similar thing with these, using the Obituary/Newspaper Item
Source Type. I'd enter "unknown newspaper" for name of the paper, and
create a note in the Comments section explaining how you got them.
