Teresa,
I don't think we disagree at all. My main point is that I'd not create
a Tag per document, but treat Probate as an event which might have
several documents as sources. While I most often I use only one tag to
record the process, I provided the example of using a separate tag for
sale of land. In a few cases where there is lots of interesting
information in the file I've created several tags of various types,
especially when various members of the family were involved in
particular aspects and I want to enter them as witnesses to create
accounts of their parts.
