Hello,
The Support problem I reported on 6th June, and to which Lee replied, has
not improved.

Today I sent another email to and again got the
following return message
"This message was created automatically by mail delivery software.
A message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of its
recipients. This is a permanent error. The following address(es) failed:


SMTP error from remote mailer after RCPT TO:<>:
host www.whollygenes.com [69.43.156.7]: 554 5.7.1 Rejected 212.74.114.48
found in dnsbl.sorbs.net".
The message seems to be saying that my PC address (554 5.7.1 or
212.74.114.48 ?) was rejected as it was found in dnsbl.sorbs.net - whatever
that is!!

Perhaps there is a problem with my ISP so I will be contacting them.

I wrote to TMG Support as I still have not been able to update to V6.1 from
V6.0 UK Gold Edition due to the problem with the update engine. Someone
suggested downloading the 30 day trial version and then unlocking it with
the key I received with V6.0. However, I cannot find a 30 day trial version
at the Wholly genes web site. Perhaps I am looking in the wrong place.
