DeAnna,
The best I can think of is to create the tag and in the sentence put [HID:]
Remarks: "For use on MDS only. 1 paragraph max."[:HID]

Subject: [TMG] WISHLIST: "Remarks" or "Comments" field for tag types in MTTL

I have begun to get fancy (well, fancy-ER) with some new tags in order to
create the kinds of working reports that I'd like to have. For instance, I
have created a "lifesketch" tag to be used on my Dollarhide-esque individual
data sheets. I've also determined that I want to use tags like "Notes" and
"Anecdote" and "Biography" for other, very specific and limited purposes.
Naturally I write these intentions down. Equally naturally, I will
inevitably lose those notes or forget to consult them and use something
improperly. I would dearly love to have some sort of remarks field on a
Master Tag Type that would provide some indication -- beyond resorting to
contortionist naming conventions -- of why I created a particular tag and
what I want to use it for.

Example: Lifesketch tag. Remarks: "For use on MDS only. 1 paragraph max."

Just a thought. :)

DeAnna
