Thanks for this suggestion Teresa.

I was looking for a report in either TMG or John's Utility so didn't think
of exporting a language. It does have all the data there, but as you say it
is a bit difficult (clumsy?) to read. I might try testing my brain cells at
a Visual Basic program (been a couple of years since I have done that!!)
and see if I can create the report I would like.
