Well, yes... Every time you click the Add Others button you are
telling it to add the ancestors, descendants, and/or spouses of the
selected persons. Once you have added, say the descendants of a
person, if you leave descendants selected and tell it to Add Others
again, it will do just that for the persons you now have selected in
the list.
The idea is that you can repeatedly add people related in the way you
specify. Thus for example, you might add a group of ancestors, then
selecting them and adding their descendants for one generation to add
the siblings of the ancestors, then select them and add spouses of
those siblings, then select them and add ancestors for one generation
to add the parents of the spouses, etc. It's a very flexible tool,
designed to collect a wide variety of different groupings that a user
might need to assemble.

Yes. Use the List of People report, set to use the Focus Group as the
"Subjects." Click Options, and on the Secondary Output tab, check the
option to create a new Project, and enter a name for the project.
