Garry,

I can only suggest that you are putting the -- in the right place. You need
to put them in the sentence for the proper person, and in the sentence
field, not the memo. As I recall, we're talking about Occupation events and
there is 1 principal and no witnesses. If so, that limits the possible
errors so it's surprising that it isn't working for you.

Try using TMG's File > Maintenance > Optimize command.
