The order in which pages print from a printer is not controllable by
TMG. This is controlled by the printer program. I have two printers
connected to my system -- a laser printer and a color ink-jet printer. My
laser printer is set to the default in that it prints first page
first. But I have my ink-jet printer to print last page first. The
reasoning is the way the pages come out of the printer. The laser printer
lays the printed pages in the output tray face down and thus the first page
would thus be the top of the stack when taken out of the tray and turned
over. On the other hand, my ink-jet printer lays the pages face up in the
output tray and if printed in the first page first would have to be
re-shuffled to be in the correct order.
I do not wish to change the setting for my laser printer but there is no
setting to change. However for my ink-jet printer, I must make this change
in the printer properties on the Basics tab (may be different for yours) of
the printer being used. The setting is Page Order in my printer driver
program.
I suspect that once you make the change that the change will continue until
(if) you change it back. In other words, it will not change with a
different print job or even if you re-boot the computer.
Hope this helps -
