I've been running the Descendant Indented Narrative Reports on a variety of
individuals. I can't seem to get the endnotes to consistently appear in the
Word document -- the Endnotes page is there, but blank. I've run one
successfully, then next day I try the same report (changing nothing) on a different
individual, and they don't show up.

I have version 6.01. Can anyone tell me how to consistently get the
endnotes?
