TMG comes with a number of sample Accents. It appears that you loaded the
sample Accent called "Born in Virginia or Tennessee" and then changed that
to suit your needs. This is okay with the minor exception that the actual
Accent is not doing what the description says.

I suggest that you open the Accent Definition window ([CTRL+A]) and make
sure the Accent conditions are as you want them. Then click on the [Save
As] button entering the name you want to give to the Accent and click on
the [Open] button to save it.. Now click on the [OK] button to close the
Accent Definition window and the Accent First text should change to the
name that you gave to the Accent Definition. This way, you can re-load
that Accent later if you wish.

Don't worry about the sampler being changed. You probably will not use
it. If you do want to use it, it is easy enough to restore it. Just let
us know.

Hope this helps -
