Does it have a start date, end date, or comment? Those will stop it from
optimizing too.

Teresa, I did a list of repositories report using the filter for a
commanding field and received no hits. To clarify, the place record is
for "Plymouth Colony" which is entered in the state field, and the
filter I used was "state contains Plymouth".

Any more ideas (anyone)?
