I just encountered 2 abrupt exits in a row.

The first time I had entered for a short time and as best as I can remember
the last few steps were:

double-clicked on a custom tag to open it
double-clicked on memo to view it
F9 to close memo
double-clicked on the icon for research tags on the custom tag screen
clicked on edit
added some notes to the comment
added additional words to keyword
F9 3 times to close all of the open screens
moved the mouse toward the exhibit icon on my toolbar at the top of the screen
the mouse was in the name area of the detail screen when I received a
message with error code C0000005 from tmgmain line 584
clicked ok on the error message and TMG shut down

I reopened TMG and did the following
ctrl-I to switch to the same person I had previously been working on
double-clicked on the same custom tag
double-clicked on memo
F9 and received a message with error code C0000005 tmrmds.timer line 29
called from line 584

Hopefully this will help to try to pin down the cause of these errors.
