Yes, sort of. <g>

You can specify that German be used for the report in the report
definition, as Virginia has said.

This will cause all phrases generated by the report itself to be in
German. Such things as "the children of ____ were" for example.
Likewise the names of months and modifiers like "between" are
translated.

This will cause German sentences to be used, if they exist in your
data set. TMG now ships with German sentences, but they appear only in
new projects you have created since that feature was added. So if your
project pre-dates that feature, it will not be there. If they are not,
you can add them using the "Translate" button on the Tag Type List
screen. Ask if you need to do this and need help with how that feature
works.

Note that the translated sentences will only apply to the "default"
sentences - those for the standard tag types. Thus any modifications
you made to the default English sentences of tag types will not be
reflected. There will be no German sentences for any custom tag types
you created. If you have modified the sentences locally in any tags,
the default sentences will be used instead. The German ones if they
exist, or if not the English defaults will be used.

Any data you entered yourself will not be translated of course - thus
place names and Memos, nor any data you entered in source templates or
Repositories are not translated.

Source templates are not translated, so any phrases built into them
will be in English.
