How can I get a list of people who have witness roles on tags with a certain

location. I am trying to filter the PE to find people with either P or W
roles on tags containing a certain county:

I thought I could use this filter on the PE:

Any Event County Contains CAMDEN END

But the output of this filter doesn't include people who have witness roles
on events where the county is Camden.

I tried a LOP using the query by example tab, entering only "Camden" in the
any even location field and leaving the "consider primary events only " box
unchecked, but again, that gave me only a list of people with P roles.

Can anyone help? I really need this for a project I am working on this
weekend.
