Michael,

I had this problem once in TMG v6.03. I had copied some names from
another web page and pasted them into the citation detail. The
information which I pasted used a large font and was bold. I think I
saved it that way and then reopened the citation detail and reset the
entire text to normal.

I was not familiar with the CTL-F3 option at that time so I just clicked
F3. Like you, I discovered that I could only go back to 2 or 3 of the
citation details.

I cannot recall exactly what I put in the citation detail to cause the
problem so I just waited until I had added enough new CD's for TMG to
rebuild the list so the problem CD no longer appeared.

Subject: [TMG] Problem in list of last 15 citations

I have a situation which just started today. I am having problems with
the list of the last 15 citations used in entering tags. I click on the
citations tab on the tag entry and then click on the + (add) to add a
citation to that entry. I then should be able to either click on CTRL-F3
to view the last 15 citations. This works fine and I can select one of
them. However if I just click on F3 to search through the list one at a
time only those numbered 1 - 3 will come up. Either the sequence will be
1 - 2 - 3 - 1 - ... or 1 - 2 - 3 and it just sits on 3 without repeating
the sequence. I assume the index file for the list is broken. How do I
fix it is my question. I would also assume I must delete the list and
index file(s) and let the TMG rebuild the list. I have tried VFI,
Optimize, Reindex, save, etc., etc., to no avail. I do not think this is
a problem with V6.04 because it was working just fine until a power outage
hit today.

Any suggestions are welcome and thank you in advance.
