In other words, you currently have:
Mattie was listed as the wife of Alex in the 1880 census. She was
listed as the wife of Alex in the 1900 census. She was listed as the
wife of Alex in the 1910 census.
and you want the single sentence above.

There are a couple of ways to do it although probably none will suit your
desires. I have a similar problem with my 3G-GF in regard to yearly tax
lists in that I have a Tax List Tag for him for each of fifty-two years. I
solved the print problem by grouping similar years (where he was said to
have owned the same taxable items). The way I did it was to Exclude
the Tag Sentences for most of the Tax List Tags. For the remaining Tax
List Tags that I wanted to print, I adjusted the Tag Sentences to read as I
wanted.

In your case, you would select one of the Census Tags (probably 1880 &
1900) and mark their Tag Sentences with an Exclusion Marker. Then you
would edit the Tag Sentence for the 1910 Census Tag to read as you wished
(like your example above).

The only other good way is to generate the report to your word processor
file and then edit that report. This is fine once. But is a pain if you
need to re-generate the report. Actually, you may want to do it this way
at first so you can get a better idea of how to edit the Tag Sentences.

Hope this helps -
