The "Title bar" for the toolbar window appears only when you have the
toolbar "floating" in the main window. To remove it, "dock" the
toolbar along one edge of the main screen - just drag it near and edge
and it will dock itself. After you do that, save the layout so it will
be there when you re-open TMG.
