Go to View-Toolbar-Customize

Highlight to word "Customize" then click on remove


Also I find I have to open and closed PE before it will work and that has to
be at every session

I did not have the window expanded and missed the OK button.

Next question. Is there any way to remove "custom" from the new tool
bar? The word takes up more room than the arrows.
