My technique does NOT require multiple exhibits records if the link has a
memo field like I described later.

The additional information was referring to the comment that it would be
nice to be able to add additional information like Repositories to exhibit
records. I was referring to the addition of more information make the use of
multiple Master Exhibit records less useful. This puts more incentive for
the memo field to solve the caption problem.

Let me describe my example a bit better. Let us say you have a group photo
of a class graduation (or any other event). A "generic" person would just
put a generic caption and attach it to all the people (maybe it names all
the people in order). A "customizer" might want a customized caption for
each person giving that persons name and where in the picture they are, as
well as some common text. The customizer could enter something like
John Doe || second from the left in the middle row
In the exhibit memo and if the caption was processed like a sentence, these
could be inserted into the caption. In the extreme the caption could be just
[EM] and you would enter the full caption in the exhibit link record.
