Would you please put a stop to this diatribe by self-righteous,
self-aggrandizing, self-important, know-it-alls?

Just refer them to the archives for plenty of heated discussions
on this topic.

Us long time list members are tired of it. (Except for the
zealots who are always eager to beat their drums when the topic
surfaces again, and again, and again, etc..)
