Here are my sentences. I don't have sentences for different kinds of
guardians or wards (child, adult etc.). I also modify sentences at the
local level. I enter guardian's reports and other guardianship documents as
exhibits or else simply as sources. I tend not to create tags or roles that
are a one time or rare need.
[R:guardian] was appointed guardian of [R:Ward] <[D]> <[L]> <[M]>

[R:ward] became a ward of [R:guardian] <[D]> <[L]> <[M]>

[R:Exguardian] served as [R:Exward]'s guardian <until [D]> <[L]> <[M]>

[R:Exward] ceased to be a ward of [R:Exguardian] <[D]> <[L]> <[M]>
