Got it.

Steve and Nikki both had this entry in app.ini.

[ExternalUtilities]
Utilities2=Ancestry Genealogy Library,c:\TMGW\ANCESTRY\unlock.exe

My guess is that this is an invalid entry. The path is invalid or the
program doesn't exist. I just replicated the error using that approach.

The TMG error handler has been improved and now catches things that were let
by before.

If you have an invalid entry in the [ExternalUtilities] section of app.ini.
you will see the error reported by Jim, Nikki and Steve.
Array dimensions are invalid. 27 cuseumanager.mupdateeumenu

Edit app.ini in a text editor and fix the [ExternalUtilities] section.
