I found this website last week (http://www.biblefamilytree.com/) which sells a cd containing both a Family Tree Maker file and a GEDCOM file. I've ordered a copy but it hasn't arrived yet so I can't tell you anything more about it than is at that site.

There are also a number of sites that appear to have Bible genealogies in one form or another that can be found by most any internet search engine.
