If the pedigree chart must be in the standard form, then I suggest that you
create a filter that includes only that line and apply it to a List of
People report to create a temporary data set of just those persons. Then
generate the pedigree chart from that data set.
You might do this anyway just to increase the pressure on your DAR friend's
mind. <g> Further, depending on the number of generations involved, you
might do two pedigree charts -- one four generation and one five
generation. No use just stopping at a mildly blown mind - go ahead and do
the job right. <VBG>
