For the record, I too received this error. Also on XP SP2. In fact, my
story's pretty much the same as Steve's all around.

I'm going to take Jim Byram up on his offer (posted this morning) to
have a look at my app.ini file.

Subject: [TMG] Array dimensions are invalid. 27 and subsequent errors

Jim,

I am also having this error appear. Apparently related to
6.05 upgrade. For over a year have used TMG on two PCs. Both are XP SP2.
Have religiously upgraded both during that time including TMG versions.
Use backup/restore to transport TMG data between the two PCs. Yesterday
ran 6.05 upgrade and then opened TMG and created backup (Backup
all-PROJECT+Customozations is option I always use) upon
exit. Opening project and Restore worked without a hitch.
Today ran 6.05 upgrade on other PC and then did restore. Everything
seemed to go fine and closed TMG project. When I reopened project,
proceeded to get following error messages Array dimensions are invalid.
27 cuseumanager.mupdateeumenu Array dimensions are invalid. 28
CUSEUMANAGER.MUPDATEEUMENU Array dimensions are invalid. 30
CUSEUMANAGER.MUPDATEEUMENU Variable 'LCNAMEPOPUP' is not found. 33

CUSEUMANAGER.MUPDATEEUMENU

CUSEUMANAGER.MUPDATEEUMENU

Clicking Ignore after each error message finally opens
project.

One other item of note is that the SQZ file on first PC has consistenly
been 8Meg larger on first PC (where I store linked images) ever since
version 6.04, which is version I first noted a difference. This size
difference betweeen SQZ files never caused a problem prior to 6.05
