Thanks, Jim. Deleting both lines cleared it up for me. All my projects
open fine now. Really do appreciate your help.

The path above is invalid? That has proven to be the case for two other
users.
You have two choices... assuming that the path above is invalid.
Delete this section (both lines). This may or may not work.
or replace the application with a valid path.
Such as:
[ExternalUtilities] Utilities1=NotePad,C:\WINDOWS\System32\notepad.exe
