Because the "Individual Narrative Preview" is not the same report as
the "Individual Narrative." To change the settings on the Preview
report, open the Individual report, then at the upper right corner of
the Report Definition screen, open the drop-down for "Configurations"
and find the preview report. Any changes you make and save will be
used by the preview button.
