Jane, what I've done is to put buttons on my custom toolbar, then close the
other toolbar that has buttons I don't want to see. Custom toolbars are very
handy to have. In your case, I'd put the Individual Narrative Preview on my
custom toolbar, then close the report toolbar. Also, as someone else
suggested, if you are using the large icons then a change to small icons
gives the toolbars much more room. When I was helping a friend a week or so
ago, we made that change. (She hadn't realized she had a choice of icon
size.)
