see re copying tags (including the option to turn off the annoying prompt).
The last time I pressed the issue Bob said that one of the purposes of the
witness feature was to eliminate the need for each subject to have their own
tag (eg. census tag) and hence there shouldn't be the need for bulk copying
of tags.
Be that as it may, I think there are those of us who for a variety of
reasons like to copy tags in bulk and if the default was still set to 1 copy
I don't see what the harm would be.
