Complaining is the correct term. Now I see what you mean. If you have
saved a Layoutr with overlapping windows and with the Details widow on top
and happen to exit TMG with one of the other windows on top that is how the
Layout appears when you re-start windows. If you then select a different
Layout and immediately re-select the overlapping Layout, then the Details
window does come out on top. Apparently TMG is doing a temporary save of
the "last Layout" prior to exit and restores that "temporary" Layout. This
is not the way it should work, in my opinion. I've reported this to the
Developers.
