The only way to ensure that undated Tags sort in any order in reports is to
include a Sort Date. The Sort Date does not print and appears to the Tag
or Witness Sentence as if the Date is empty (which it is).
As for a "better" report [style], that is subject to opinion. The
Descendants Indented Narrative report is used by many people. Others
prefer the Journal Narrative while others use the Individual Narrative
(meaning much more editing in a word processor). In any case, the problem
above remains in all these report styles.
