Advanced data entry is at file - preferences - program options - data entry
There you will see data entry mode. Beginner and Advanced. Advanced gives
you more options such as surities.

However, you shouldn't need this to enter a consent. You can enter it in the
memo of the tag and perhaps change the sentence slightly. Let us know if you
need more info.
