Just how would that be done? Say you have the following tags, in this
order:

1. Tag A, date 1850
2. Tag B, no date (positioned by user)
3. Tag C, date 1830 (re-positioned by user)
4. Tag D, no date (positioned by user)
5. Tag E, date 1870

Now we add a tag with date 1860. Where would the system position it
"as is presently done"?
