The program ignores tags 2-4 as they have been positioned out-of-date sequence and positions it after tag #1 or before tage #5. If the user doesn't like the position, they drag and drop it to where it should be just as they would change the sort date today if they don't like it..

Just how would that be done? Say you have the following tags, in this
order:
1. Tag A, date 1850
2. Tag B, no date (positioned by user)
3. Tag C, date 1830 (re-positioned by user)
4. Tag D, no date (positioned by user)
5. Tag E, date 1870
Now we add a tag with date 1860. Where would the system position it
"as is presently done"?
