Including pictures in the TMG output depends upon the report settings. What
sort of report are you trying to run? Under the OPTIONS for, say, a journal
report there is a tab labeled EXHIBITS that needs to have appropriate boxes
ticked. I'll let the experts guide you through those, if there is any
question as to what you need.
When I generate a journal report with exhibits output to Word, TMG generates
the report and brings up a list of steps needed to finish putting the
exhibits into the Word document. If you get that list, then there are
exhibit links in the report and you need to follow all of those steps to get
the exhibits to actually appear in Word and to stay in Word when you save
the Word file.
Once you have created a Word document and saved it somewhere, I don't
believe you can delete that file from within Word, but need to use "Windows
Explorer", the file manager (icon is usually a file folder with a magnifying
glass on it). Find your file, highlight the name and either right-click to
get a menu with the delete option or press the delete key on your computer
keyboard.
