No, the use of double exclusion with places does not solve the problem.
Double exclusions would mess up my place index is SecondSite which is my
primary TMG output.
In addition I should be able to look at the MPL and immediately identify the
place containing the place information. Those memos are difficult for me to
write as I often include links there for SS and I'm not good at that.
If a source is excluded, it doesn't appear twice in the Master Source List.
An excluded name doesn't appear twice on the picklist. There is also no
need for the same place to appear more than once in the MPL.
