In Ver 5.15, this change in focus does not happen. I can chnge the
focus by ckicking n the other pserson in the tag. (This may be what
Michael is doing.)

1. In what version did this change in focus occur?

2. Why was this change in focus implemented.

3. Can it be changed back to the way it was? I do not like it.
