If you want her to have a Nam-Mar of Jane Jones, then keep Nam-mar. It
will not print as only the surname field is filled.
If you enter Nam-Marr Tag with her birth name, the married name will
print even if Suppress Married Name is checked in Journal Report:
Jane Smith marries John Jones and keeps her birth name, enter a Nam-Marr
Tag of Jane Smith; you can use Ms or mrs prefix if you want.
