David,
Each name style has an output template that tells TMG where and HOW you
want the name to show up in reports, indexes and the PE and PV. Once in the
style edit window, click F1 and it will tell you which template to edit to
get it in the report and not in the index.

I would like to obtain the woman's married name in the index under
the given name with her given name & surname for a Journal Report.
I've tried Options>Tags>"Name-Marr" not selected &
Options>Miscellaneous>"Suppress married names from
text" checked.
