Teresa, I liked the source definition you used for SSDI,
The only thing I did differently was that I split the source (as I have over
55 ppl that use it)

I was wondering if you can tell us what the short footnote and bibliography
was on this source.
I'm using the following

FF: [TITLE], [REPOSITORY REFERENCE] <[COMMENTS]> [CD1], SSN [CD6], birth
listed as [CD2], death listed as [CD3], issued in the State of [CD7]. Last
residence [CD4], last benefit [CD5]. Accessed by Debbie Petrides on [CD8].
Hereinafter cited as [SHORT TITLE].

SF: [SHORT TITLE], [REPOSITORY REFERENCE]. ([CD1], SSN [CD6], birth listed
as [CD2], death listed as [CD3], issued in the State of [CD7]. Last
residence [CD4], last benefit [CD5]. Accessed by Debbie Petrides on [CD8].)

BIBL: [TITLE], [REPOSITORY REFERENCE]. [PUBLISHER ADDRESS]: [PUBLISHER]<,
[DATE]>.

the bibl prints out as
Social Security Death Index, http://ssdi.rootsweb.com. Washington D.C.:
U.S. Social Security Administration, March 2006 update.

Also, as I'm still new (a year later and still lost), is the repository
reference using the correct syntax or should I instead
have typed out "rootsweb genealogy website"?

what do you think?
thanks hun,
Deb
