Subject: Exit Doesn't Finish Successfully

Since I have not received a response to the two previous emails sent to WhollyGenes support, I'll try this venue. Below is the text of my last email. Can anyone help me?
Recently I have experienced a problem exiting TMG (via File...Exit or Exit button on toolbar) in that it asks if I want to backup my project (backup seems to work fine), then instead of closing the TMG window, it leaves it open with a gray interior and the TMG header (showing my project name). If I try to close that window via the windows X in the upper right, I receive a message "Unknown member ROTOOLBARMAN."
At that point I can start one or more new instances of TMG which opens in a new window, but each instance experiences the same problem at Exit. After the TMG problem, I can use C-A-D and choose to close TMG.exe via the Task Manager, but there is only one instance of TMG.exe even if two or three TMG windows carcasses still exist.
I have found tha if I close TMG initially via the windows X instead of Exit, I am prompted to backup and do not have the problem. The problem thus seems to be the Exit function.
TMG is version 6.08 under WinXp Home on a VAIO laptop. Would someone please assist me with my problem?
