Thank you for your reply, but I don't have the "# Tags" option in the LOP
dropdown list for "Fath-Poss" and "Moth-Poss" (or any other rel tag). The
only available Subfield options are:

Child ID
Memo
Memo Surety
Number of Citations
Parent ID
Relationship Surety

Unfortunately, Relationship Surety won't work if no citation was entered on
the Relationship tag (I know, I tried).

As far as I know you can filter in the LOP for

Father-Poss # Tags > greater than 0 OR
Mother-Poss # Tags > greater than 0 END

and then use Secondary Output to set the flag as you desire...
