If you want the request to identify the father/mother rather than the child, filter on parent-id
father-xxx parent-id comes after 0

Child ID
Memo
Memo Surety
Number of Citations
Parent ID
Relationship Surety
Unfortunately, Relationship Surety won't work if no citation was entered on
the Relationship tag (I know, I tried).

As far as I know you can filter in the LOP for
Father-Poss # Tags > greater than 0 OR
Mother-Poss # Tags > greater than 0 END
and then use Secondary Output to set the flag as you desire...
