This should give you all the children who have a FATHER-POS.

I just did a test-run of your filter on my project. In looking over the LOP
generated by the filter, I see that this won't work for me.

Basically what the filter does is look for any father who has a Father-Poss
tag and then flags **all** of his children. That's a bad thing when you have
families where only one or two kids are -POSS and all the others are -BIO.

father-xxx Child ID ne 0

and this seems to work.
