Yes, You need to contact tech support. They can fix the backup for you.

After getting my files repaired a few weeks ago, I now have the same
problem. I selected Preferences from the right click menu while in the PV.
The system froze and had to be manually shut down. Now when attempting to
open the project it goes into repair mode and I get the message that it
cannot open the data tables... the .dbf files.

I attempted to create a new project and restore yesterday's backup, but get
the message that it cannot restore files created with *that* version of the
program... Huh??? Created with 6.08 and attempting to restore with 6.08.
Any suggestions???
