I make frequent use of [CIT:][:CIT] in tag memos and have just found out
that there's a quirk (at least in the IN Report) when selecting the Source
Option "Embedded in Parentheses". The output, printed to screen, is:

... memotext {ENC}citation text{END} memotext ...

It looks like the codes are printing instead of the parentheses. I don't
remember ever seeing this before so, if it was present in previous versions,
please excuse.
