The WW2 draft in 1942 was an "Old Timers" draft from the WW1 Draft era. The
individuals in this draft were born between 27 Apr 1877 and 16 Feb 1897.
Following is the filter to use to see if anyone in your data is eligible.
SEX = Equals > M
AND
x Birth Group... Date > COMES AFTER 27 APR 1877 AND
x Birth Group... Date > COMES BEFORE 16 FEB 1897 AND
( x Death Group... Date > COMES AFTER 27 APR 1942 OR
x Death Group... # of Tags < Is less than ) END
NOTE the "x" indicates "Primary".
