I haven't replicated the error yet.

The Add Person template is an unusual critter. You have embedded the old
labels in the template by selecting the original custom style. The template
does not automatically update. As far as I know, you need to reselect the
style for the appropriate events and resave the template to update the style
labels. In any event, that's the only way I can find to update the style in
the template.
