I wouldn't use TMG for the whole 1790 census, but would use a database
software, such as Access, so I could sort or filter on any combination of
the columns. That way I could also add a cross-reference field as I
connected a family from the census to a TMG family in my project. Hey...,
surprise, surprise, that is what I do for my New England Ball Project <g>.
Except I only have 245 families to deal with, since most of the
high-concentration Ball states are lost for 1790, so I can get by using
Excel. I also added a column that totals the people.
