You are looking for a separate option buttons for the 'save' button
and the layout name display/selector option. They are not separate
but are a single Toolbar 'button'. The Layout Toolbar button
is listed on the Custom Toolbar Manager is found in the Unused
buttons list as the second option under the View Menu under Toolbars.
